Is there a free trial?

Yes! You can start with our Prepay Plan which requires no monthly commitment. Install the widget and only pay for the minutes you use. This lets you test the service risk-free before committing to a monthly plan.

How are call minutes calculated?

We charge only for connected call time. This includes the time from when both parties (your team and the customer) answer until one hangs up. Failed connections, unanswered calls, and ring time are not charged.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Unused minutes on monthly plans don't roll over.

Technical Questions

What countries/phone numbers are supported?

CallbackHero supports phone numbers worldwide. All numbers must be entered in international format with country code (e.g., +49 for Germany, +1 for USA). We can call landlines and mobile phones in most countries.

Does the widget slow down my website?

No. The widget loads asynchronously, meaning it doesn't block your page from loading. It's optimized to be lightweight (< 50KB) and has minimal impact on page speed. The widget appears after your main content has already loaded.

Can I use multiple widgets on different websites?

Yes! You can create multiple widgets with different settings, phone numbers, and branding for different websites or sections of your site. Each widget has its own unique code and can be tracked separately in your dashboard.

Is CallbackHero GDPR compliant?

Yes, CallbackHero is fully GDPR compliant. We store visitor data only with explicit consent (when they request a callback), use secure connections, and process data within the EU. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Billing & Account

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and SEPA direct debit for European customers. Corporate plans can also pay via invoice.

How do I cancel my account?

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard under Account Settings. There are no cancellation fees, and you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. Prepay accounts can simply stop using the service.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all monthly plans. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact support for a full refund. Call minutes used are non-refundable.

Can I get an invoice/receipt?

Yes, invoices are automatically generated for all transactions and available in your dashboard under Billing. You can download PDF invoices at any time. For VAT-registered businesses, we can include your VAT number on invoices.
